Return & Refund Policy

At Verma Battery And Solar System we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when products can be returned or replaced, when orders can be cancelled, and how refunds are processed.

1. Damaged or Wrong Products

• Please check material at the time of delivery. Transit damage or wrong/short supply must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp (+91 94549 83611) or email.
• Verified damaged/wrong items are replaced free of cost. Freight for such replacement is borne by us.

2. Returns & Replacements

• Unused accessories in original packing (connectors, cables, MCBs, safety items etc.) may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and with original bill.
• The following are not returnable unless defective: solar modules and inverters once installed, batteries once activated/filled, custom-cut cables and structures fabricated to site size, and any item with tampered serial numbers.
• Defective products within the warranty period are repaired/replaced strictly as per the respective manufacturer's warranty policy (e.g. Tata Power, battery brands). We fully assist you in registering and following up warranty claims.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch of material — the advance is refunded after deducting actual expenses already incurred (e.g. material booked, structure fabrication, liaison fees paid).
• Once material is delivered at site or installation has started, the order cannot be cancelled; the Return conditions in Section 2 apply instead.
• Government subsidy applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn by us; any refund of government fees is governed by UPNEDA/DISCOM rules.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
• Refunds are made to the same account/mode used for payment (bank transfer/UPI). Card-payment refunds may take additional time as per the bank; the 2% card swapping charge is non-refundable.
• GST invoices are adjusted through a credit note where applicable.

5. Services (Installation, AMC, Survey)

• Free site surveys carry no charge and hence no refund.
• Paid AMC plans can be cancelled within 15 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund, provided no service visit has been availed.
• Visit charges for completed service calls are non-refundable.
